That's Google

Hello! Gordon's Pizza?

No sir, this is Google's Pizza.

Did I dial a wrong number?

No sir, Google bought the business.

OK. Can you take my order please ..

Well sir, do you want the usual?

The usual? You know me?

According to your caller ID, in the last 12 times you ordered pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and thick crust.

Okay! That sounds like it.

May I suggest to you this time - ricotta, spinach and dry tomato?

No, I hate vegetables!

But your cholesterol is high.

How do you know?

Through the subscribers' guide. We have the results of your blood tests for the last five years

Okay, but I do not want this pizza, I already take medicine.
You have not taken the medicine regularly. Four months ago, you only purchased a box of 30tablets at Discount Pharmaceuticals.

I bought more from another pharmacy.
It's not showing on your credit card.

I paid cash
But you did not withdraw that much cash according to your bank statement.

I have another source of cash.
This is not showing on your last Tax return. So you
got it from undeclared income source?

WHAT THE HELL? Enough! I'm sick of Google,
Facebook, twitter, WhatsApp. I'm going to an
Island without internet, where there is no cell
phone line and no one to spy on me.

I understand sir, but you need to renew your
passport as it expired 5 weeks ago.

Melbury Hill walk
A select few hardy (or mad?) folks met at Compton Abbas airfield for this walk led by Peter. It was the hottest day so far this year, not a cloud in the sky and hot even when we met at 10.30 a.m. Peter had not really expected anyone to turn up given the predicted heat! After a minor problem was resolved, one person had no socks, but was lent a pair by Keith, we set off towards Melbury Hill.
There was a brief discussion as to whether to go to the top or skirt round, but as there were only 5 of us we took the collective decision to go for the top, there was no rush. It was certainly worth it as the views were fantastic despite the haze.
A lot of butterflies flitted around enjoying the sun and on the way back towards the airfield we spotted many orchids in the meadows, mainly Pyramidal and Common Spotted (we think).
It was a lovely walk despite the heat and we all felt we had earned our lunch at the airfield cafe afterwards and a refreshing pint for some of us! The airfield cafe serves a good selection of food,
everything we had was very good.
A word of warning if you order the sausage
baguette make sure you are really hungry it was
huge! Thank you Peter for leading such a lovely
